Our Interview Process

Intro Call We'll give you an overview of Synex's background, mission, and team, as well as the position you're interested in.

Essential Skills Interview We'll ask questions to get to know you better; your values, personality, and passions.

Take Home Exercise You'll demonstrate your skills through a short exercise. Note: This isn't required for every position!

Role Interview You'll answer questions about your qualifications, either for the hiring manager or a panel of Synexers.

Call with the CEO You'll have the opportunity to meet Ben Nashman, our CEO. He'll ask you questions about your interests and experience.

Offer Letter You'll be invited to join a team that's changing healthcare - forever.
